How to Measure
Choose the right size based on your measurements. Wrap a soft measuring tape around the nail and measure the widest part. No tape? Wrap paper around the nail, mark it, then measure with a ruler.
How to Apply
Method 1: Jelly Adhesive - reusable, gentle on nails, safe for pregnant women; short wear time of about 1-2 days.
Method 2: Nail Glue - smooth fit, long-lasting wear for 1-2 weeks; not reusable.
About Replacements
Replacement nails are at your own expense. We do not offer a free replacement service. Please contact customer service for replacement and shipping fees. If this is a concern, please consider carefully before ordering.

- All measurements are taken by hand, so minor discrepancies are normal.
- Fan-shaped or flat nails, or highly arched nail beds, cannot guarantee a perfect fit.
- Patterns and embellishments may vary with nail size; this does not affect the overall look.
- How well the nails adhere depends on correct application steps and personal technique.
- These nails are handmade, not machine-made. Minor imperfections (including but not limited to slight color variation or embellishment placement) do not affect wear and are not quality defects.
- Please confirm the handling time before ordering. Please do not rush us. If you are in a hurry, please pay for expedited shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to rude or abusive customers.
- If you have any issues, please do not wear the nails. We are not responsible for worn nail sets.
- Buyers who request unjustified refunds or blackmail us with negative reviews will be permanently blacklisted.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt if the item is unopened and unused. Please check the size and fit by trying them on upon receipt (do not apply adhesive).
You may apply for a return through our customer service only if the item remains in resalable condition, and we will handle it promptly.
