3-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your nails. If something isn't right, unopened sets can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened and unused, in original packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@krislonails.top with your order number and reason within 3 days of delivery.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your PayPal account within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Received a damaged set or the wrong style? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free of charge - no need to return anything.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
